Speakers

  1. Dr Arne Rubinstein
    Dr Arne Rubinstein is an expert on adolescent development, with 30 years experience as a medical doctor, counsellor, mentor, speaker and workshop facilitator.
  2. Cat Lamb
    Cat Lamb is an Outdoor Educator and Positive Education Trainer at The Institute of Positive Education. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
  3. Dr Darren Morton
    Dr Morton is an internationally recognised Lifestyle Medicine Educator. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and Certified Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also the founding director at Lift Lifestyle Medicine.
  4. Joshua Brown
    Joshua Brown is the Director of Wellbeing and Outdoor Education at Macquarie College and the founder of the Invictus Wellbeing Program.
  5. Scholarship Recipients
    The two outstanding practitioners who receive Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing scholarships will also be delivering short presentations at the conference.
